Update No2: I just did quick test using Nano board for my program (with tweaks suggested) and it is accurate. I am getting +/- 1ms inaccuracy no matter what. That is more then enough for me. Have to change processor to attiny44 or so, since attiny45 have not enought pins for my project with crystal added
