I suspect you don't have a curve tracer, I don't either but they are easy to use.
Now again the question is what are you using them for and what parameters to you need matching.
Basically you would set up a circuit to measure the parameter you are interested in and then get a bunch of parts and measure them all and record the parameters. Then you select a pair that are closely matched. However, you need to be prepared to buy a lot more than you need.
