I do not think there is the board design anywhere.
There are some similar boards around (seeedstudio's US sensor for example) so I'm sure you could take a look at one and figure out the schematic to be able to create your own 'version'.

Well, Seeedstudio's sensor has its chip identification sanded off, as I mentioned in a separate post. Unless you just want one for a project, it's impossible to duplicate.
