Max. Ampere output

hi folks,
i cant find the max. output of ampere for the atmega328.
have to use pin 6 and 9 for pwm, but in the datasheet from
atmel i cant find the max output.
can anyone help ?

Absolute max on any pin is 40mA, with a 200mA limit for the package.

But wait, there's more....
If you check out section 28, specifically Table 28.1, and more specifically Note 3 you will find a 150mA limit on some combinations of port pins.
