Hi all!
New user here and eager to get started! My apologies of this question has already been asked!
I just received the starter kit and saw that the only option to supply power to the Uno using parts from the kit is using the USB-cable.
However, it would be nice to be able to use the power connector on the Uno too, so I don't have to be around a computer when I want the Uno to run (except for when I'm uploading a new sketch of course).
Now I was wondering, I have two spare power adapters lying around. Their outputs are 12V/1.5A and 12V/1.25A. I read that the Arduino can take 12V, but I'm unsure about the current. Is there a maximum current that Arduino can handle? Could I use one or perhaps both of the adapters I have, without frying my Uno?
Thanks in advance!
