Hello! I want to built LiDAR using VL53L0X, or some other IR ToF sensor, but I don't know what maximum rotation speed I can use. Can someone help me?
Typical range measurement time is 33ms
If you want a 1 degree accuracy then you can only move 1 degree every 33ms
Total scan time for 360 degrees = 360 x 33ms = 11.88 seconds.

You can change the ranging time to be longer or slower but it will effect the accuracy and max distance.
