MAX20077 buck converter issue

I'm using MAX20077ATCB_VY+ voltage regulator. Trying to get +5 V out of it. Power supply is 12 V. EN pin is +12 V and SPS is connected to GND and as SYNC pin is not connected it should work in SKIP mode. Issue is that it's outputting like 3.3v to 8.4v @ 1.90 Hz not 400 kHz as it supposed to and nowhere near 5 V.

I did try to attach FB to BIAS, to get 3.3 V, no luck either, signal looked pretty much the same. Tried many ICs and same result, so don't think IC`s are bad.

What could be the issue?

This is my schematic:

Scope:

More context, please. Is this a custom design? If so, did you follow the reference design closely? What does the physical layout look like? Prototype using proto boards? PCB? Other?

Please post detailed info.

Not much of a custom design, schematic and pcb layout are taken from datasheet. So, yes - followed the reference design pretty closely

If it was me, I would be looking at component choice errors, soldering problems etc. Since you have all that reference material, please post links to it. The more specific and complete the info, the faster will be the solution...

Please also photos of your PCB

Sure!
Pretty sure that there are no issue with pcb layout, because all the components are pretty close to IC.

You want to troubleshoot it yourself. No problem. Good luck with your project.

How did you determine a value of 220uF for C11?
