MAX6675 based thermocouple temp readings are not updated with changing temp when using the Arduino Mega , however do not have that problem with the Uno where temp data is dated with changing temp. Checked all connections and pin assignments. Hoping someone will have a solution or a similar experience .

Please show the code you're using and provide a picture (or at least description) of your wiring.
think I already replied but in any case after increasing delay between measurements , the temp is updating. It may be that the mega clock is faster than the Uno ? Otherwise don't understand the fix . Thanks for the reply.

No, the Mega has exactly the same speed as the UNO.
