I want to build a LED display with those things. But i dont know how many of them arduino can handle and what kind of power supply i should use.

I want 8 or 10, not sure right now.

That’s 32 to 40 modules. An Arduino Uno can handle the management of these. You need about 200mA per module if these are commercially bought. See MAX7219 and LED matrix power requirements – Arduino++
