Hello, I am using a MEGA 2560 Arduino communicating with a touch screen display using the serial port TX0/RX0. What is the maximum distance allowed between the Arduino and the touch screen panel if the speed would be at 9600. Should I use any special cable between them. Thanks Bobby

Can you post a link to that device please? RS232 is not the only serial comms standard!
