Hi to everyone, I have a real Emergency, I was trying to Connect my laptop to an Arduino Due, which was connected with a breadboard to a Motor Driver DVR8871 driving a Pololu DC Motor, I was following the tutorial proposed by DVR creators using a desktop battery, so I uploaded the script to command the Motor by using the driver, then I grew up voltage from the battery from 0 to 6V, Motor requires 12V, then my pc turned off but Arduino, which was connected through USB to PC, was working, even if the laptop was not in charge, now I think the laptop is in boot loop, when I turn it on, screen is Black and Caps Lock, Esc and Keyboard lights are on, help please I Need this laptop
It's possible that your project somehow managed to put 6V on the USB port and fried your laptop's motherboard.
Can you post a schematic and photo of your Arduino project?
6V won't even fry your USB port, no way that it kills your laptop.
I KNOWW that's why I'm freaking out, any chance that Arduino Due had some problems, causing overvoltage in the USB?

No. You might just have a bad day and your laptop died. Or not your laptop but your OS, so try to get into BIOS.
Oh, Lenovo. If you have an external battery, diconnect it. Try to get into the BIOS, disable internal battery there. When it powers off, press the power-button for > 20sec., reassemble, plug in mains, try to power on.
I tried, my laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 and I've tried with Novo key and F1/F2, can't Access BIOS anyway, I red from a Lenovo forum post that this happened to other users, I'm talking about The Black screen with just keyboard light on

I noticed that if I try to turn it off and then on, fan initially starts and after 5-10 seconds it stops, I think I will wait to drain off the battery, or at least i could remove the battery and try to hold power Button for 1 minute to drain current
Don't be so sure. I've got a HP desktop here with a fried USB port because of a similar accident some years ago. In my case, the motherboard survived. OP may not have been as lucky.
Please show the actual schematic of the project as you built it, including this 'desk battery', and please post a photo of how it was all connected. The photo is important because there's a good chance you made a wiring error or you had some wires dangling in unfortunate places, and the photo may contain some hints as to what actually happened.

Sorry, I can't post the scheme photo right now cause all the stuff is in the laboratory, I was followed by a tutor so I guess the wiring was correct, I has been so unlucky that this happened on friday

Power On Self Test. Your computer doesn't seem to make it past the initial stage of starting up.
IDK; depends on how it's implemented. It's a good sign that at least something is responsive.
Have you already tried the hard reset by removing the battery and then re-inserting it after a minute? Don't bother pressing any keys with the battery removed; power doesn't "linger".
No, I didn't removed the battery cause I was waiting the drain off, I should open the laptop case to remove the battery, it could be worth if the drain doesn't work?

Draining the battery might take weeks since the unit basically doesn't power on.
Just remove it manually. Like you said, it's pretty much the only shot you have.
Just be careful not to void your warranty by opening the case. In other words, don't dig in there if you still have warranty. In that case just call Lenovo support and report the machine as dead. Technically you don't really know how/why it died, so they might be able to help you.
