MBedOS crashing on Arduino GIGA R1

Hello all,

I am attempting to run a gas sensor serial csv code which was working on an older arduino MEGA 2560 board. I have attached a picture of my set up. The code is supposed to give a reading for each gas sensor (I have 9), along with time reading in csv format which I can save using a serial monitor (PuTTY). However, when I try to use the serial monitor, the code outputs one line of data and then stops. The giga board is also now flashing red (4 times fast 4 times slow) on the BOOT0 light. The blinking red light corresponds to MBedOS crashing, however, I am not sure why. I should mention I am not a programmer nor is this my code, I am a chemist and I need to use the gas sensors to validate my MS.

I just realized there is only one analog wire this is because I want to ensure it works with a single sensor before I connect the rest.
