İs there any one how control mc33926 motor driver with pwm? Can somebody show me a example code and connection please?

That will work.

I assume the source of your confusion is whether you should use PWM on the IN1/IN2 or the disable lines. Pololu never clarifies which way is preferred either. But, according to the MC33926 datasheet, if you use PWM on the disable lines it will have a faster on/off time -- but that time is measured in microseconds and probably not a consideration anyway.
