I have an MCP-2515 Module and want to pull the Can-Low line to Ground to Wake up the ECU´s in my car. Is there a command to do that?

that is not a standard behaviour for a CAN bus; are you 100% sure that is the wakeup trigger? personally i doubt that would be it...
You can send a wake up on the CAN bus, such as selective and others. I suggest you google "can a wake up be sent on the CAN bus", you will find many ways of doing this. Arbitrarily faulting the CAN bus on a vehicle can shut it down and need a dealer to get it back to operational mode. The answer to your question is Yes! However that can be different on each make and model and may be classified as OEM only. If you are using the OBDII port it may be going through a gateway and the function may not be available to you.
