ME3-H2S Sensor?

Has anyone used an ME3-H2S with their Arduino? I am looking for some guidance how to hook it up and get a reading. I am not concerned about converting the reading to PPM at this point so much as just getting a positive indication of the presence of H2S. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have an arduino nano, power supply, typical starter kit, lcd display, etc.

This is the page of the manufacturer about the sensor, http://english.hwsensor.com/English/Gas-Sensor-and-Module/gas2011124105135.shtml

It is a electrochemical gas sensors http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrochemical_gas_sensor The output is a current.

But I can't find anything else. I don't know what voltage is or how the pins should be connected. How did you get one ? Was it taken from a device ? Perhaps you can do some reverse engineering on that device.
