Measure several inputs of PC

Hello,

I have a UNO and I can measure the resistance of a single potentiometer via an analog pin on the UNO and send over serial to my PC to display on a graph.

How can I send multiple resistance values of at least 3 potentiometer to my PC via serial. I have tried but it's is difficult to differentiate which vales are for which potentiometer

Repeat for other pots.

Or always send the three values in the same order so that the PC knows the first one is Pot1 etc.

This is a V-USB project, but could easily be modified... all digital states and all analog values are processed.
