i want to measure the volume of urine in the bladder without inserting any sensor into it
please suggest me how can i do that

it is for para/quadriplegic patients
so this method will not work.
it has to be measured inside the bladder only

Even if you inserted a sensor it would be very difficult since I don't think it's a nice regular shape.

Would an ultrasound scan work?- the irregular shape (especially in 3d into the body) would make it very difficult. (I don't know if ultrasound sees pee though, to differentiate from the body tissues.)

You can buy ultrasound sensors that are intended for that very purpose (one was once used on me in the hospital). I doubt they are cheap.
