Nah. Just subbed inferior metal or asked marketing for a rating and sold them off. Alpha test done on work sites.
They make just not one or ten pieces! They make thousands of pieces in a batch from the same ingredients!! They randomly pick up a number of pieces from the flow line for test purposes. This is the unfortunate one which was not picked up, tested, and thrown away or the whole lot is discarded. This is the tragedy; in spite of having taken all possible safety precautions (having been followed all the design rules); one or few systems fail!!!
