Measuring Flex of a Tennis Racket

I am thinking about a project that would involve using a flex sensor and an arduino to measure the flex of a tennis racket when hitting a ball. I know that the arduino would have to be made portable and the flex sensor would also have to be mounted onto the racket. I am new to arduino so I don't know if this is a plausible project.

Thanks

It's a little tricky but this does not initially seem too complex for a motivated amateur with time on their hands.

I would be surprised if you can get enough sensitivity out of a flax sensor to give any meaningful information. At best you would probably have to use op-amps to increase the signal.
