How I can to measure all DC motors (supposing 10 motors) so that I could to check that the board Arduino can be worked good without short circuit caused by higher voltage? I have a board Arduino Mega 2560 and I connected it with two robotic arms.
The voltage should be marked on the motor - its not easy to know the design specs of an unmarked motor.
Running a motor at too high a voltage will shorten the life of bearings and commutator and will cause it to get
too hot in extended operation.
Thanks for the information. But can I control 10 DC motors connected on the board Arduino Mega 2560. It can handle? I use for all motors half drivers L293D.
The Mega has a large but limited number of PWM pins, that might be the limiting factor.
And I canĀ“t to connect other pins of motor to analog or digital input, example ?
