Hello, I am trying to make a voltage sensor to measure voltage of a 12v battery that will power a mini solar turbine. what i am aiming for is to measure the voltage of the 12v battery and display it on an LCD screen. Can anyone help me on this please?

Monitoring a battery voltage level is trivial for an Arduino.
What have you thought about (or tried) so far to get this project off the ground?
You will elicit more responses when you have shown what you have tried (and possibly failed) to achieve this goal.
Have you done anything at all with an Arduino (or the C++ programming language) before)?
Asking for general solutions is not a good starting point for a question here, so may I urge you to come back with a plan of how you might tackle this and ask for comments on your approach?
