measurmeant power consumption

hi

i am not expert with the arduino and now i need to use it for my project i need to measurment the power consumption in Base transceiver station for GSM operator.

my project goals :

1- Design measurement circuit has the ability to store data for measurements the AC current,Voltage and Power factor in BTSs For different time periods to calculation the Power Consumption(AC).

2- Design measurement circuit has the ability to store data for Measurements The DC current,Voltage and Power factor in BTSs For different time periods to calculation the Power Consumption(DC).

the problem that i can not find the right sensor to measurment the power factor .
can you tell me how can i measurment it .

second the voltage that i need to measurment is 210-230 .

how i can do that with arduino.
is voltage divider can work up to 230 v .

if you can help me to desgin this i will be greatful .

What current are you expecting? 10 milliamps or 10 thousand amps? That might be nice to know in order to suggest a sensor.

i do not really know

but it will be like house current

not that much
it is a small current
