mega 2560 problem windows 10 only

hello all,i have a little problem with one of my arduino boards, i hope it will be fixable, because i've already tried a lot ,but nothing has worked.

The board in question is an arduino mega 2560,a clone with ch340,the board work fine on my windows 7 pc ,but when i plug in my laptop with windows 10, windows pop up an error message with the advice of unknown usb device ,in device state says that the device has reported a problem and it 'was interrupted with the error code 43
I have already installed driver for the ch431 but doesn't work,i also tried to copy the driver used on windows 7 (CH341S64.sys and serenum.sys) in windows 10 system32 ,but the device is not recognized as USB-serial ch340 as in windows 7,and windows 10 gives me the same error : unknown device ,error code 43

anyone know if there is a way to fix it?

p.s unfortunatly the laptop was already with windows 10 and i don't want format and install 7... for the time :-X

up

That's unusual behavior - I have dozens of CH340G devices, and I have never had driver issues on either of the windows 10 systems I've been sentenced to use.

Have you tested with other CH340G devices? Have you tried different USB ports? (particularly if you were using a USB 3.0 port - some USB 3.0 implementation have compatibility issues)

When you say windows pops up error - what error is it? Is it the "This device has malfunctioned" error, or something else?

Hi the device works but only on my windows 7 pc,when i plug in it in my laptop with windows 10 gaves me the error of unknown device code 43

my os is in italian ,anyway, i can link you the image

basically the problem is usb device descriptor failure
