MEGA 2560 which kind of reference for resonator @16MHz

Hi,
I use an arduino mega and I read (on the schematic) the resonator Y1 is a CSTCE16M0V53-R0 with a tolerance of 16MHz +/- 0.5%.
I tried to change this resonator by other more accurate CSTCE16M0VH3L99-R0 with a tolerance of +/-0.07% for my specific application.
But I observed the same result with a spectrum analyzer when I analysed the clock.
So I wonder if the second ref would not be mounted by default.
Anybody would know what is the right reference on the board?

What was this result you observed?
Frequency?
Jitter?
Drift?

The same frequency, around 16.0013MHZ.
An accuracy of 0.5% should be +/-80kHz
An accuracy of 0.07% should be +/-11kHz
It is a maximum range but I thought to see an higher variation for the first reference

But both are in range so I don’t see the problem.

Yes, there is no problem but I would want to confirm the reference soldered on the board.

Yes I would say the reference to the 16MHz oscillator is CSTCE16M0VX5T3A-LR10 16MHZ but if you want to check you have the right part then see if it is connected to pins 33 & 34 on the processor chip with a continuity meter.
