I have a Mega 2560. The green light is on and the yellow light at D13 flashes non-stop. I have compiled a simple code to flash an LED on D11. It Compiles fine and indicates it is complete. Though the Mega 2560 doesn't change its code. Any idea why it isn't communicating?

It will be formatted in a scrolling window that makes it easier to read.
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, in CAD or a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
