mega adk and bluetooth dongle?

Hello all
I have done some research and cant quite come up with what i want. I have a bluetooth dongle (dbt-120 and a genaric), although I think my dbt-120 is fried. Is there a way to use the usb host on a mega adk as a host for the bluetooth dongle? i have seen a couple ppl do it with the host sheild but i cant find a good way. im pretty new to it but im just trying to learn how to do it lol thank you all

Please put them in your post, so it makes some sense.

Sorry, I posted that from my phone. Wont happen again.

Can anyone help me out? I looked into the usb host mode bluetooth but im still a little lost, I may try a wiimote to test things if you guys think that would be a good place to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

hi, im trying to get the same thing working on an ADK,

iv downloaded this library

you then need to make the changes from here to make it work with the ADK as its designed for a different pin out or somthing.

by using this and the included examples iv managed to get usb keyboards and mice working, it also displays info mation about my bluetooth dongle. but unfortunatly because of apples strict policies it wont connect to my iphone!

hope this helps a little though

i keep getting osc did not start anything i can do? ive tried a lot of different things and nothing is working

Hi, you will get the OSC error if using the USBHOST Shield on a mega ADK board. you need to change a few settings in the header files. follow the link i gave above and youll be able to figure it out. if your still stuck send me your email address and ill send you my copy that works with all examples.

hope this help

Proper capitalization and meaningful punctuation appear to be some things you haven't tried.
