Mega2560+TFT3.2" uploading from Windows7 problem

No problem with uploading a small sketch.
When uploading something big different errors are displayed.
These errors are unstable, means with the same sketch can be different errors.
That makes me think some background processes from Win7 fighting with Arduino soft.
Tested from 2 computers: old notebook - working really slow, basically no way to load a sketch >40K.
After these troubles from notebook-moved to a pretty cool Intel i7 core quad with 16G memory.
And uploading still unbelievable slow.
But with slow speed we can survive, the problem compiler sometimes displays some errors that are different.
Sometimes before uploading a big sketch I'm uploading a small one - it helps sometimes.
Sometimes I unplug Mega before uploading a sketch - but it doesn't mean it always help.
Any suggestion?
one of them and pretty popular:

C:\Program Files\arduino-1.0.3-windows\arduino-1.0.3\hardware\tools\avr\bin\avr-ar: unable to rename 'core.a'; reason: File exists

just got another one:
