Mega2650 Driver Problem

Hey,
i have a Arduino Mega2650 with ATmega16u2 DFU... when i connect it to my PC it finds the ATmega16u2 DFU under "unknown devices"... then i go to uptdate driver and use the Mega2650 Rev3 driver from the Arduino pack... but now i have an error CODE 10, not possible to start devices. Win 7 64 Bit oder my 32 Bit Notbook... all the same.

Is there a problem with the software on the ATmega16u2 DFU? The board was in a package for a reprap, so the Mega2650 works with LCD Display correct...

Have do the steps and now the RX/TX lamps flasch... but i think the Bootloader on the Mega2650 is missing to...

I have burned all µC again and set the fuses. Now it works... it looks like the Atmega16u2 was not Programmend
