Memory Cards

Hey All -- I have a whole bunch of old memory cards from desk top PC's.

Any ideas of what I might could do with these???

Make a memory "shield". Probably DRAM memory, so you have to keep cycling thru them somehow to keep them refreshed & not lose data. Parallel access, so you have to create address & data lines. Pain in the butt to work with frankly. Find am Intel DRAM controller that you could use to control them instead.

Save them for 50 years and then put them on eBay for the vintage computing enthusiasts. Making a dynamic memory controller is more trouble than it is worth. It will cost you way more than the equivalent memory using modern chips.
