You seem to be leaving out important pieces of the picture, or else you are scattering them across different Replies. Or the circumstances change and you don't give details of the change.
I already asked how do you know that the radio works with the Uno but you have not answered. Give us a very full description of the test that you used to prove that the radio works with the Uno.
