Did you consider what I suggested in Reply #15?
Swapping a broken radio from the Mega to the Uno (or vice versa) will not solve a problem. You need to have two good radios and two good Arduinos.
Have you tried the connection test example in the tutorial I linked to in Reply #1 ? IIRC it is at Reply #29 in the Thread.
