Method to install Arduino Create Agent without admin permission?

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

I would like to know how I can install Arduino Create Agent without admin Permissions. I do not have admin permissions on the computer I work on so I need to install it without admin perms.

I am on a windows 10 machine btw

There are probably security rules being enforced.
Ask your Admin to vet the agentand install this for you.
