MFRC-522 RFID Card Corrupt

I bought thisthis MFRC-522 RFID card. Both the card and the fob were working great. I decided to add more data blocks (7 in total) and I think I'm not supposed to write to Sector 0 Block 3 because it now fails to Authenticate at that point all the time and cannot do anything with it now. The fob still works fine. I think I just need a snippet of code to reset the card. Does anyone have a reset code snipped?

This is the card snippet from the serial monitor

and this is from the fob with works great:

This is the code I'm using to get the cards raw data
