Hello everyone, I am new here .I am using two servo with 1.5V battery (1.5x4=6V). It is okay but when I decided to use adapter (OUTPUT :DC5V 2A) , I couldn't start servo's. I try to measure adapter provides (4.8-6 V) but current is variable (0.1A to 0.99A). I guess that's why it is not working. Can anyone suggest me adapter for 2 MG995 servo motor. Thank you
One servo requires a current of 1.2A
So recommend using a power supply that can output more than 3A with an safety margin.
Thank you. I found this Raspberry Pi 4 Licensed White Power Adapter - 5V-3A Oriinal buy at affordable price - Direnc.net® .This will work then right ? 5V 3A. I will cut this cable and Red one will go Vcc, black one will go GND.
Probably that's fine.
BTW, If you got such a breakout board, you don't have to cut the cable. ![]()

Thank you so much. I will try to have that .
