Micro solder issue

I need to reduce the height of my micro for a project i removed the icsp headers on my micro. And it got a bit too hot and a piece came off I attempted to fix it not sure how well it is, don't judge me i am not the best at solder and those are tiny lol! See attached photo. Can anyone tell me of this is fine having removed the headers? And what part is it? I tried looking at the schematic but had trouble identifying it. Thank you

That is C2. It's a 100 nF capacitor. It's the sort of thing where the board will probably run without it, but maybe you have some intermittent mysterious problems later.

You could replace it with a through hole capacitor between 5 V and GND. If you're not going to use the ICSP header, you could place the capacitor there:
