Micro USB port on Arduino Yun torn off.. fixable?

I've managed to tear the micro usb port off of the Arduino Yun. First thought the cable had just been pulled out but closer inspection showed that the whole port was still on my usb cable. OUCH! I'm afraid I don't have any pics at the moment - the Yun and the cable are in another city right now - but from what I saw I don't believe the micro usb port itself was destroyed, just torn clean off the Yun. If you take a look at the picture below, what I saw was that the whole housing was torn off, including those silvery things to the top and bottom of the port, which appeared to be a strip of sorts with connections along it.. a breakout of the internal micro usb pins perhaps?

Might this be fixable?

Update: I fetched the Yun from where the project's housed at the moment and here's a close-up of what I meant. As you can see the pads are torn off. Is it possible to refill them with solder and make the necessary contact with the pcb again?

Hello,

I juste have the same problem. Could you fix it by soldering the 4 "big" pads or is it needed to also solder the 5 small ones (which is probably not humanly possible) ?

Thanks,
Pac.

The small ones are the signals. The big ones hold the shell to the board. You need both.
