Millis() to hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds

   if(minutes == 3 && seconds == 36 && remainder == 476)
      {
       digitalWrite(ledPin, HIGH);
      }

This will only be true if you are very very lucky and just happen to call millis() at this exact time.
