This should like one of the slotless coreless brushed DC motors used in mini-drones, and no you
cannot use Arduino pins directly, it likely takes an amp or two under load (the 0.1A is unloaded
current I think). But a single logic-level FET + diode ought to be enough to control it.

Do you have a link to those motors ? Because if they really are "Brushless" then it might be more complicated than you think to drive them.
