Mini Rambo - Sketch not uploading. Getting error message.

Hi,
marlin code not installing on my Mini Rambo 1.3a board. Getting an error message that 'timeout does not exist or your board not connected'. Even I installed the Rambo USB driver from Ultimachine site then also not happening. Below is the truncated error code due to character restrictions. Full error code is attached (notepad++ file).

Some CNC based combo boards need to be uploaded via an ICSP device.
This is more true for 3d printer boards and similar.
