Hi. I use a zipversion (portable). It does not have a speed of data exchange
. All other speeds are present. The specified speed 74880 is present in the previous version 1.18.19. I downloaded from your site by link: https://downloads.arduino.cc/arduino-ide/arduino-ide_2.0.0-rc8_Windows_64bit.zip And I don't understand where this speed could be added in the settings or files.
