Hey there,
Just got my hands on the beginners kit that includes a wooden base that has been seemingly laser cut. Problem is, there's a cutout missing on the pieces marked "E", where the photo-transistors are meant to go to be able to cover them with a gel.
Is this a common problem, or am I a rare case? Perhaps I'm overlooking something?
It's not a complete hindrance for completing project 4, but it's rather annoying anyhow.
Post a link to what you bought. I've never seen a kit with a wooden base, but that does not mean much. Is it an original Arduino product or one of the many clone kits?
Personally, if I'm not happy with what I received, I would contact the seller.
