Missing xcrun error message when uploadning code

I get this message when trying to upload the code:
xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

Tried what I read in one article to install xcode but didnt help

I encountered the same program on a Mac after upgrading to macOS 14.

After a complete re-installation of XCode and the automatic update of these command tools, this error disappeared.
