Mkr 1010 programming when pwr to board is 3.3v

Morning, quick question..

I am powering my MKR 1010 with 3.3 volts. Do I need to disconnect the 3.3v power input when programming using the 5V USB connection?

No, you can power the board externally while using USB to program it.
