MKR ETH shield and TLS

With the MKR boards that have wifi, it's my understanding that TLS connections are possible using functionality which is built into the wifi libraries.

If I use the MKR ETH shield for wired ethernet, is it possible for me to make a secure connection using, say, the MKR Zero?

I can't seem to find any examples or info on TLS over ethernet, so any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

it should be possible, but afaik no one did it

I have not tried the following library yet. Supports SAMD21 so it should work on MKR and Zero boards.
