MKR GSM 1400 + arduino sim not connecting

Hi,

I just bought the GSM kit - MKRGSM1400+antenna+arduino sim, but when trying to setup the board in the IoT cloud by following the instructions the board won't connect.

As far as I am concerned I have entered the APN, PIN, username and password several times, always with the same result.

Can anyone help?
