Heureka, i found the solution!! 
After copy bytewise from the modem memory to the SD card the file intergrity was given, vimdiff zero and the update with SDU suceeded!!
I will try now to speed up the copy process to SD card and bring all together to a example sketch for a working OTA update for the mkr1400.
