Failing to connect to the cloud already got a replacement board from mouser to see if it was the board, i asked arduino for help but they take forever to reply and nachoherra basically told me im out lock and offered no help when i told him about it and just told me to contact mouser. IT IS YOUR PRODUCT ARDUINO. i didnt buy it from ebay i bought it from an official seller and this is the worst customer service ive received from a company.
