MKR WIFI 1010 - Not Connecting to Cloud

Hi,

I have purchased a MKR WIFI 1010 and tried to connect to Arduino IOT Cloud. I followed the tutorial for setting up. It connects to my WiFi router. But it stops at below stage. It is stuck at could connecting stage.

WiFi.status(): 3
Connected to “SLT FIBER…”
NetworkConnectionState::GETTIME
Arduino IoT Cloud Connection status: CONNECTING
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
WiFi.status(): 3
Connected to “SLT FIBER…”
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0
ArduinoCloud.connect(): 0

Above message keeps repeating. I have tried updating firmware of WiFiNINA. Below are the firmware details.

WiFiNINA firmware check.

Firmware version installed: 1.3.0
Latest firmware version available : 1.2.1

Check result: PASSED

Below is my arduino sketch;

#include “thingProperties.h”

void setup() {

// Initialize serial and wait for port to open:
Serial.begin(9600);
// This delay gives the chance to wait for a Serial Monitor without blocking if none is found
delay(1500);

// Defined in thingProperties.h
initProperties();

ArduinoCloud.begin(ArduinoIoTPreferredConnection);

setDebugMessageLevel(4);
ArduinoCloud.printDebugInfo();
pinMode(LED_BUILTIN, OUTPUT);
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, true);
led_inbuilt = true;
}

void loop() {
ArduinoCloud.update();
Serial.println(led_inbuilt);
delay(500);
}

void onLedInbuiltChange() {
digitalWrite(LED_BUILTIN, led_inbuilt);

}

Please help me. I am trying to connect the device to IOT cloud for 2 days.

@nrasandun
could you please share the thingProperties.h source as well?
When a connection fails it might be because of a wrong THING_ID

are you on Create editor or offline on the Java one?
