I just bought a MKR1000. My computer detects it when I plug it in the USB. When logging into the Cloud to set it up, it detects the device and identifies it correctly. After selecting configure and assigning a name, it says it can't find the device. It happens regardless of the computer I use (both mac and pc), the usb port I use, the cable I use, and even if I reset the device. Please tell me I don't have a broken board.

I think that worked. I got it to load new drivers and it is reporting that the sketch uploaded. It's a good sign. And I was able to assign a name. I might have my breadboard not set up correctly now. The loose headers don't seen to be working well with them. Thank you for the help.
