I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN ENGINNERING KIT FROM ARDUINO. WHEN I TRY TO DO THE FIRST EXERCISE AND TRY TO CONNECT THE MKR1000 TO MY COMPUTER IT IS NOT RECOGNIZED AND I CANNOT UPLOAD ANY SKETCHES. PLEASE HELP.
MKR1000 IS NOT BEING RECOGNIZED BY COMPUTER. THIS MKR1000 COMES FROM AN OFFICIAL ARUDINO ENGINEERING KIT. PLEASE ADVICE.
Have you looked at the serial port on your computer to see if the computer has recognized the board? if not that is the same problem i am having and i do not know how to fix it yet.

Please provide a detailed description of what you mean by "not recognized.
Please don't use all caps. It's considered quite rude and will make it less likely that you'll get help here on the forum.

please add more information about your setup:
- computer operating system could help us give you direction
- do you have restrictions on the system you use? (namely... are you an administrator?)
- Arduino Desktop IDE or online Create?
- last but not least, do you have other Arduino boards which are recognised by your system?
If you provide these info we'll sure have better ways to guide you towards a solution.
